Because we all have our strengths and weaknesses, and those of us who are sitting here must be doing something right. If we are advanced, the past is good, but the future will be better. If we have shortcomings in the past, we should reflect on ourselves. I kept thinking and pushing forward repeatedly, especially implemented good suggestions and measures in the cost management. Let me make three points that will resonate with you on this new journey this year:
First, innovation cannot wait. Why? As you can see, we have been striving to compete with each other in recent years. Shandong producing area has been investigated and added new production varieties; Tianjin producing area has been considering equipment transformation to increase output; Inner Mongolia producing area has been thinking about making use of existing heavy plant resources to transform and increase large lines. In fact, people, places, plants, equipment or those, but why our capacity to dig out, in fact, is innovation. Our group is still very lack of active innovative managers, constantly using their brains, to think. Innovation is mostly on the shop floor, but it's not just on the shop floor. You're a manager, you lead people, you don't innovate okay? As a backbone, can you not innovate? Every day is the same. Many of our production cadres have limited educational background. They have been promoted to the management position of factory director since they were raised from monitor, and their mode of thinking still remains at the level of monitor management. Of course, innovation is a continuous process, and no one can come up with a good idea all at once, nor can they come up with a good idea all at once. Innovation may take a detour, may have spent unjustly money, as a century great man said, bold try, bold rush. Of course, we have to demonstrate repeatedly before trying to break through. After we have demonstrated, we have not thought of the problems that will arise later. Then we are wrong. If we want to excel, the biggest core competitiveness is innovation, innovation is also a means to make us more effective. We are still lagging behind in innovation, and we are still chasing innovation instead of leading it. I have the opportunity to contact some small factories, let me admire, their tenacious vitality, far more than we imagine the competitiveness of strong. Have the opportunity we still want to learn more from the peer enterprise, seize every opportunity to observe and learn more, always can see something that makes you inspired. Don't be a frog at the bottom of a well. When you only see the sky above you, you will easily become crazy. Only go out, only to see more advanced things, in order to pull up their own. Innovation is the best way to overtake in corners.
Second, learning cannot wait. As soon as we give up learning, complacency sets in. Conceited and complacent, it is easy to be stuck in one's own complacency.It is easy to over-rely on all the things we have succeeded in the past, and it is easy to be deaf to words. Some of the specifications of the peers have long been straight out, our production is always unable to do this, that can not do, you do not learn how to do? Sales staff visit customers, chat to more existing value of information, feedback back to improve our pre-process. Keep learning, keep practicing, strengthen our magnetic field. As long as there is no retirement, learning will never stop.
Third, struggle cannot wait. As the old saying goes, cease to struggle and you cease to live. In the past two years, many cadres have been readjusted and many have been forced out. I am no longer a young man, but in my heart, the cause of the heart, constantly thinking of the heart, the heart of hard work, or do not give up, or to get up early and get up late. So why do we need such cadres of management in our twenties, thirties and forties, who are old and slow, who are no more motivated and hard-working than their elders, and who can't make any achievements?
